Exchanging or returning the product
The customer shall have the right to return or change the product purchased from the webshop within fourteen (14) after the product has been received by you and provided that the conditions set forth in the next paragraph of this section are fulfilled.
The customer has the right to return or changed the product provided that the following conditions are met:
- the customer has contacted Lindroos by sending a message to email@example.com and received an approval regarding the matter from Lindroos;
- the return of the product is carried out in accordance with the instructions given by Lindroos in a way that Lindroos is in charge of organising the return through one of the service providers used by Lindroos;
- the product is unused and flawless, and the product labels attached to the product have not been removed;
- the product is returned in its original packaging; and
- the original product documentation together with the warranty certificate are returned to Lindroos.
Business-to-consumer purchases of products are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978, as amended).
You can return your order free of charge via a postal outlet. Pack the items carefully.
Returns using a Helposti code: Order your return code from the address posti.fi/returnparcel by entering the item ID (a code beginning with JJFI). Drop off the parcel at any Posti parcel locker or service point according to the instructions.
Returns without a Helposti code: You can return an item through a Posti outlet. Attach the Customer Return address label provided by us or write our return ID 648618 on the item and take the item to a postal outlet.
