The Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 26” continues TUDOR’s long tradition in motorsport and the brand’s strong role as a manufacturer of watches inspired by Formula 1. The model pays homage to the 2026 racing car of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls team and its renewed, more dynamic design – the same spirit of development and performance is also embodied in this watch.
The watch is equipped with an extremely lightweight carbon fiber case, whose weight-saving structure is designed with maximum performance in mind. Carbon fiber makes it the ideal racing chronograph: the lighter the whole, the more efficiently speed and time can be measured and controlled. Timekeeping is carried out by TUDOR’s Manufacture Chronograph caliber MT5813, which features a column-wheel control and a high-performance chronograph mechanism.
For speed measurement, the watch features a one-piece carbon fiber tachymeter bezel, which emphasizes the model’s racetrack-designed nature. The end pieces of the bracelet attachment are also made of carbon fiber – every gram saved supports the overall performance.
Visually, the Black Bay Chrono “Carbon 26” draws its inspiration directly from the VCARB 03 race car of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls team. The strong yellow detail on the dial, which refers to the color of the car’s engine cover, gives the whole a bold, speed-emphasizing look that reflects the aesthetics of racing.
The dial is built in layers: the combination of brass plates and carbon fiber elements creates depth and a technical, modern aesthetic. The chronograph subdials and the date window frame are also made of carbon fiber, reinforcing the watch’s unified and lightweight overall structure.
