Lindroos is Finland’s most important retailer of watches and jewelry, and we are also the largest private watch service in our field in Finland. This year it will be 20 years since we opened our own watch service, which maintains watches of almost all watch brands at the highest possible level of quality and service.
Our customers’ watches are taken care of by a service team of more than ten people, which has comprehensive certified expertise in watches from different brands, the most famous of which are Rolex, Cartier, Omega, TAG Heuer and Breitling. The certificates of different brands mean that the personnel is systematically trained and that our service facilities are at the top level of the industry. Our watch service center is aptly reflected by the fact that whatever needs to be done to improve the facilities, tools and skills of the watchmakers, we will do it.
Our practical day-to-day watch service consists of receiving watches that come for service through our stores, directing them to the right watchmaker, who performs the necessary service procedures for the watch, after which the watch is tested before it is handed back to the customer. Thanks to the process that has been refined over the years, our customers can leave their watches to us for service without hesitation.
